Client: Mr. Rajat Garg, a developer from Lucknow Project: Branded Apartments, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Asset Type: Investment-focused apartment
Mr. Rajat Garg was excited about securing an apartment in a newly launched Branded project in Ras Al Khaimah. He booked a 709 sq ft unit during the launch phase for AED 2,050,000. With 20% paid upfront, he was preparing to finalize the agreement.
