Membership Refund Policy

Refund Exception for Platform Misuse
The “7-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy” applies only to genuine end-user buyers.
If TogetherBuying determines that a User falls into any of the following categories:
• Real estate broker or agent
• Competitor or representative of a competing business
• Individual attempting to collect platform data for commercial purposes
• Individual attempting to build or replicate a similar platform or business model
• Any person misrepresenting themselves as a genuine buyer
TogetherBuying reserves the right to deny any refund request and permanently suspend the User’s access to the Platform and membership services.
This decision shall be final and binding.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments made on TogetherBuying may be processed through third-party payment gateways. TogetherBuying is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by payment service providers.
Use of Website
Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use of the website, including attempts to disrupt services or gain unauthorized access, may result in termination of your account and legal action.
Modification of Terms

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of TogetherBuying will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will proceed to arbitration as per the laws of India, and the decision of the arbitrator will be binding on both parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of TogetherBuying must be brought in the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
